Our flagship product, ChillCoat®, is a water-based, high-quality, unique coating specially designed to coat HVAC condenser coils.
ChillCoat®, is a state-of-the-art, direct-to-metal, high gloss water-based self-etching hybrid epoxy resin impregnated with highly conductive carbon particles specifically designed for use in industrial and marine HVAC coils, micro-channel coils and refrigeration coils to stop corrosion from salt and industrial pollution.
Excellent thermal conductive carbon particles enhance heat dissipation through the heat exchange surface to recover the ability of the coil to dissipate heat effectively and lower the energy use of HVAC equipment.
The super-hydrophobic finishing surface provided a perfect surface for heat exchange surfaces. Protecting the surfaces of heat exchange coils with a coating can significantly improve the unit’s longevity and reduce energy usage and maintenance costs.
